Hiển thông báo Saving changes is not permitted trong SQL Server

Khi sửa lại kiểu dữ liệu của các cột trong Table, sau đó lưu lại thì hiển thị thông báo như dưới
Bạn vào Tool -> Options -> Designers -> Bỏ chọn Prevents saving changes that require table re-creation
